HISTORY OF RADISSON
The history of Radisson®
Hotels and Resorts dates back to 1909 when the first Radisson
Hotel, named after famous French explorer Pierre Radisson, opened
in Minneapolis, MN. In 1962 the Radisson Hotel was acquired
by Curt Carlson, a Minneapolis businessman and entrepreneur.
Over the brand’s rich legacy, they’ve launched many
firsts including the first American brand in the U.S.S.R, the
first travel agency loyalty program, look to book®, and
one of the first partnerships across the Atlantic between Radisson
and SAS International Hotels. The Radisson brand is one of the
oldest upscale brands in the United States, in existence for
101 years. The Radisson has entered into a 15 yrs management
contract to manage the Blaauwberg Hotel on behalf of the shareholders.

SHARES in this exiting new hotel:
• The Rezidor Group (Radisson is a 5 star brand) manages
81700 rooms worldwide at an average occupancy rate of 75%
• There is currently a shortage of 5 Star hotel rooms
in Cape Town
• A 15 year management contract has already been signed
with the Radisson Group with an option for a further 5 years.
SHARES
• Shares purchased at development cost
• Market related capital growth, estimated at a minimum
of 10% per annum (researched historical figures as per Pam Golding)
over and above the tax free dividends
• Dividends paid out monthly and is based on:
• Profit sharing in successful operation of hotel rooms,
restaurant, spa, conference facilities and rental income of
leased retail space
• Opening date: September 2010
• Minimum investment amount is R100 000
• 100% allocation on money invested (no administrative
fees or commissions deducted off investment amount)

SHARE OPTIONS
Shares are bought for R100.00
each, comprising of 1 share with a par value of R0.01 and a
premium of R99.99 – totalling R100.00 each.
During the trading phase, the investor will receive tax free
dividends. These dividends will be calculated according to the
monthly nett profit declared by the companies registered auditors.
The hotel will be managed by the Radisson Blu Hotel Group. The
Radisson Group is an international group which renders world
class hospitality services. They entered into a 15 year management
contract to manage the hotel on behalf of the shareholders.
As a registered co-owner of the 5 star hotel, shareholders will
share in the profits gained through the room occupancy, conference,
bar, restaurant and function facilities of the hotel.
The investment objective of the shares investment is to obtain
medium to long tern capital growth, as well as a reasonable
level of tax free income on a monthly basis.
The minimum investment amount for the Share Investment is R100,000.00
